As a composer, he takes full rights on Pyaar Zindagi Hai (2001). As far as soundtracks, Bali fully steals the show in Aa Ab Laut Chalen (1999). Don’t forget Bali is remarkably known for his dance numbers on Hindi celluloid. Bali has indefinitely served as master of ceremonies globally for numerous live stage shows. Recent ones being, Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan, and Abhijeet. Chitrmala, just a few months back, spotted him in his unforgettable dialogue in Atlantic City, NJ where he hosted the live concert with Abhijeet (India’s top leading male singer). Here, Ms. Nilima Mehra of Chitrmala said, “I thought I was the leading master of ceremonies on stage, but from your performance today, you most definitely take the cake”. To which, Bali replied, “you are no less – I’ll never forget that you are a superb interviewer”.
Last year Bali walked into the studio of Chitrmala (courtesy Mr. Melwin Quadros). Upon seating, the camera and lights turned on, and Bali’s mellifluous voice said, “Tere Bin Jeena…”. He was amazing. This number has been a worldwide hit. At this setting, Ms. Nilima Mehra took a rather long and historical interview which we shall post in a future issue of Siddhi Times. Bali’s latest release is Banjara. Here, his long red woven jacket and his naturally sexy voice is mind blowing. This music video was shot in Muscat, Oman. Some months back, Chitrmala had full rights to air Banjara (courtesy Melwin Quadros).
